Do you find your own items?

Any “vintage” piece we have on our website, we  source through our travels. We also carry new reproductions from several domestic vendors as well as imported items. If it truly  is a “vintage” piece, our suggestion is to buy it if you really like it. In most cases it may be our only one.

How do I ensure the color on my computer’s display will be the same as the actual item?

We try our darnedest to portray the product as closely as possible however each computer monitor varies and we cannot guarantee your computer’s monitor will display color the same  as ours. Every monitor is different, if you still have any questions, please contact us.

When will my order arrive?

Your  domestic order will be shipped ground and should arrive within 5 days after processing. Imported items arrive anywhere between 2-5 weeks. 

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to track the status of your package.

To help you with understanding when your package will arrive, download a free Shopify app called "ARRIVE" to assist you in instantly tracking your order.

What is your refund policy?

 We try to make your shopping experience enjoyable however, if for some reason your unhappy with your purchase, rest assured we have a return policy for you.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at warrenranchandhome@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping authorization number , as well as instructions on  where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In your email on the subject line, please list "Return Claim".

It will be your responsibility to pay the postage for the returning item except for damages or errors on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable as we are unable to assist you with the cost of return shipping.

Warren Ranch and Home is not responsible for missing packages or any damage that occurs in return shipping. When returning an item over $75.00, trackable service and shipping insurance is recommended. Warren Ranch and Home offers no insurance or shipping warranties for returned items shipped by customers.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 We have the right to change our policies at any time for any reason.

 What happens if my item arrives damaged?

We make every effort to pack your item securely, however if an item arrives damaged, please contact us at warrenranchandhome@gmail.com
